We always strive to offer best value for our customers and this includes how we calculate the Postage & Packaging (P&P).
We have changed our postage and packaging (P&P) to now £4.85 for spending up to £30.00, cheaper than it used to be. Albeit the rising P&P to include cost of labels, postage, boxes, parking, wrapping papers, fuel and wages we managed to keep this lower for a while. No doubt this will increase in the future but for the meantime we are trying to squeeze savings elsewhere.
For larger orders, we may split your order into 2 parcels; posted via Royal Mail. This enable Sorai to remove the VAT element from the postage compared to if using other carrier.
