Our products spicy heat level ranges from mild (1 Chilli) to crying hot (4 Chilli). You can find the spicy heat level next to the product picture.
We use red chillies, birds eye chillies, dry extra hot chillies and scotch bonnet and other types of chillies in various form in our products.
We try to use fresh products where possible or natural dry ingredients. Although we do not add artificial preservatives, flavour and colouring, you may still find them in our compound ingredients as highlighted in our ingredients for each of our products. Most of our products do not have a compound ingredient.
We have had children age around 4 and above trying our products and these refers to our mild (1 Chilli) and hot (2 Chillis). Please check each product on their allergen note.
We still advised that children should only try these sauces whilst under adult supervision as different children have different level of exposure and tolerance to chilli related products.
We do not recommend children to try anything at very hot (3 Chilli) level and above.
Please note that our products may be very hot for many and may be just mild for others.
Our products are manufactured in a kitchen that uses all allergen highlighted by law such as gluten, nuts and seafood of all kinds; so please check if you have any allergy to the ingredients or our kitchen environment before buying.

If you order before 12 noon, we may process your order on the same day. We normally process your order by the next working day. Depending on the courier you may get your order/s anytime between 2-4 days.
We use PayPal as this method allows you to use variety of card options. You do not need to have a PayPal account for this but if you have one then just follow instructions as prompted.
Please store your products in a cool dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Once opened, please store the products in the refrigerator preferably at 5C or below and consume within 3-4 weeks depending on the products. Please refer to storage information on each product labels. Please do not pour any unused sauces back into the bottle. Wipe the mouth of the bottle with a clean serviette to avoid contamination.
