You can order and pay for your products and delivery online.
Postage and Packaging (P&P): Delivery to Mainland UK ONLY
The Postage and Packaging fee is charged based on the size and weight of your order. Your order may be sent via My Hermes/Royal Mail/APC or any other courier depending on the size and weight and recipient location. Our preferred courier is the Royal Mail so to avoid our customers paying for VAT.
Depending on the couriers and postage option, we may share your phone number and email address so you can be informed on the delivery and to make alternative arrangements if necessary.
We dispatch orders Monday-Friday. Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days from the date you ordered. Our nominated courier cannot specify an accurate date and time for delivery.
As of November 2022, the P&P are: £1.00 - £26.00 = £ £4.85
£26.01 - £80.00 = £8.00
£80.01 - £125 = £12.00
Regrettably, we do not deliver to non-mainland areas such as Highlands and Islands nor outside the United Kingdom as standard. If you live in non-mainland areas or countries other than the UK, please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org where we may communicate the delivery charge prior to taking your order.
All items are subject to availability. If any of the items you ordered becomes unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible via email or text.
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by e-mail at email@example.com. Cancellation must be received before the goods are dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched you should follow the returns policy as detailed below.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind about your order please return the products in its original packaging, unopened and unused within 7 working days. Please be aware that you have to cover the return postage fee yourself. We will refund the price of your products without the delivery. We will not pay for return postage unless the products arrived and deemed not suitable for consumption or damaged. Evidence of such products may be required in terms of photographs / image. Please call or text us immediately on 07552606288 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org if this is the case so we can replace your products or refund you for your total purchase (include postage) as in accordance to your statutory rights. Please retain proof of posting certificate when doing so.
