2021 has been very challenging but with a bit more sales compared to year 2020. We attended our first trading event at Cardiff Bay, feeling a bit anxious then. We received great support from the public and this continued on to December with a few more shows/events in between.

For 2022, we will not be trading as many events as pre-Covid but will remain focused on a handful of events and venues. However, we do highly prefers to sell direct to consumers as this gives us a chance to talk to our customers and do our market research. We also love meeting our customers and sharing our passion for Borneo flavours and related topics.

We will also focus on our online sales and hope to have more signing up to our e-newsletter that goes out around 3-5 times a year.

We will do less training this year and will apply into practice all that we learned in 2020 and 2021.
