On the 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into law. Sorai will seek support from other bodies to ensure we comply with this coming change.

Sorai store data collected when you buy online, complete online forms and hardcopies at events as well as through payment system such as Paypal and i-Zettle. We do not store your card payment information. We mainly store email address, mobile number and addresses.

We collect data mainly for the following but not exclusively:
To understand our customers' preferences and interests
To maximise the impact of our email, social media and other form of marketing
To prioritise customer personalisation
To improve customer service and relations
To generate customer input to grow Sorai's business
