Furious Quorn Fry

Ingredients

90 gm Quorn pieces (or chicken cut into small square pieces)
30 ml water
80 gm / half yellow or red peppers -cut into small squares
1 stalk spring onion - sliced
80 gm / half courgette - cut into rectangular slices
20 gm / 2 tablespoon coconut milk (only the white fat part)
1 garlic- finely diced
10 ml cooking oil
25 ml Furious Tomarind (add more if desired)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Turn fire under a wok.
2. Add oil, garlic and fry until golden.
3. Add quorn pieces (or chicken), peppers and courgette and stir.
4. Add water, coconut milk and Furious Tomarind and cover over low fire and
allow to simmer.
5. Add salt, spring onion and black pepper.
6. Stir and serve.
