Screaming Mince and Vegetable Cous Cous

250-350g minced beef or Quorn mince ( or more if you want to)
85g mushroom - slice
40g onions- diced
3 garlic - diced
1 red pepper - cut into small pieces or slice thinly
200g cous cous
30ml cooking oil
100ml Screaming Pineapple (add more if preferred more heat)
Parsley - chopped
3 tablespoon sultanas - optional
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper - optional
Heat up the wok, pot or pan. Add cooking oil.
Once hot, add the onion and garlic and stir until soft.
Add minced beef and mix to seal the meat until it is no longer pink.
Add the mushrooms and stir in. Then, add the pepper, peas and sultanas (if used) and mix until soft.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add water, Screaming Pineapple and cous cous.
Mix well and cover over a very low fire setting.
Leave to cook for 5-7 minutes (or follow manufacturer's cooking guide for the cous cous)
You can add other vegetables to this dish or use other type of mince or small slices of meat if preferred.
Turn off the fire, garnish with parsley and serve.
