Screaming Salmon with Vegetables Stir Fry
Feeds: 2 person
205-210g salmon - cut into small chunks
40g onions- diced
3 garlic - diced
90g red pepper - cut into chunk pieces or sliced
45g leek - sliced
30ml cooking oil
50-80 g Screaming Pineapple or any Sauces of choice (more if preferred more heat)
Parsley - chopped
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper - optional
Heat up wok, pot or pan. Add cooking oil. Once hot add onion and garlic and stir until soft. Add peppers and leek and cook till soft. Move all to one side and add salmon, seal until no longer pink.
Add Screaming Pineapple or any other sauce of your choice. Mix well, add parsley and leave until cooked.
This is a very quick dish.
