Chicken and Vegetables in Balsamic Onion Sauce
230g chicken breast - cut into small pieces
180g swede and carrot mix
40g onions - diced
10g (3) garlic - diced
20g cooking oil
150ml Tempting Onion Balsamic (use less if preferred mild or add fresh or dry chilli for a stronger heat)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper - optional
Heat up wok, pot or pan. Add cooking oil. Once hot add onion and garlic and stir until soft. Add chicken pieces and mix to seal the meat until the meat is no longer pink.
Add mushroom, stir. Add swede and carrot mix. Season with salt and pepper if use. Add water and Tempting Onion Balsamic ; cover the wok/ pan or pot. Lower the fire. Leave to simmer for approximate 20 mins. Chicken should be succulent and the dish with some sauce.
If preferred for softer bite of chicken, add a little more of water with the lowest fire setting.
Garnish with parsley leaves.
