Chicken and vegetable stir fry with Scorching ChilliNut
300 gm chicken breast - thinly slice
60 gm courgette - thinly sliced
75 gm peppers - sliced
3 gm spring onions - sliced
40gm Scorching ChilliNut
10 gm cooking oil
In a non-stick pan over medium fire, add oil.
Allow oil to heat up slightly then add chicken. Stir and cook until turned white.
Add courgette and peppers and stir until slightly soft.
Add Scorching ChilliNut sauce. Stir.
Add spring onion and fry until dish is cooked.
Serve with rice or bread or anything you fancy.
