Furious Tomarind ; bold and tangy with tomato and tamarind this sauce is at our highest heat level 4 - Crying Hot. We had done some tasting sessions and test marketing the product since March. With 1 year shelf life and with no artificial ingredients this sauce is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Launched on 6th September at the Speciality Fine Food show at Olympia, London it has already receive very good feedbacks from other traders and customers alike.

5th of September marked a memorable day for Sorai as our website hit reached 208 on that date. This has been the highest single day hits since our inception in March 2014.

Sorai was fortunate to be featured on the Saturday 19th January on the Argus newspaper at the Food section. There were a few pictures taken on the dishes we prepared using Sorai's sauces such as the pan fried salmon marinated in Intense Ginger Garlic sauce served over a vegetable rice salad and Spicy seafood chow mien with Daring Hot Soy.
This exposure has increased the visits we get to our website.
