The making of Sorai

Sorai was fortunate to be featured on the Saturday 19th January on the Argus newspaper at the Food section. There were a few pictures taken on the dishes we prepared using Sorai's sauces such as the pan fried salmon marinated in Intense Ginger Garlic sauce served over a vegetable rice salad and Spicy seafood chow mien with Daring Hot Soy.
This exposure has increased the visits we get to our website.
